Administration to have your account removed.

Pornography and/or Pornographic material



There will be no pornography allowed on this site at any time, in any
aspect of this site, despite any reason. Violators of this policy will
receive a warning "pip"



The definition of Pornography and/or Pornographic material is as follows.




Any image that shows sex (with or without penetration), male or female
genitalia. This is not limited to sexual orientation or
species.



There are to be no links to Pornography and/or Pornographic sites.



These are common sense rules, however… if a question arises, please feel
free to ask to ask either an Administrator, or Booblicious Hot Cop public or privately. Posting questionable material will be
viewed as just one of the many ways someone may try to “Get around the
rules” well.



Those who try to “Get around” this rule will be investigated. During this
investigation period, they will enjoy the same rights/privileges as those
who are banned… because they will be until a final determination is made.
I will take my sweet ever-loving time to determine if someone is trying to
get around the rules, this may take a month, 2 months, a year, I don’t
know. If you are under investigation, don’t worry… you’ll know it.
Harassing me about it will result in whatever action I see fit.



Those who have been banned due to display/posting of Pornography and/or
Pornographic material, are not allowed on the forum again.

Spam and/or Spamming



There will be no spamming allowed on this forum except in areas where
spamming is allowed (such as a groups personal domain). Despite location
allowances, spam that contains images/links to pornography, links to
computer hacking/piracy expressed or implied, and/or spam that links to
potentially harmful or malicious sites… will not be tolerated period.



Spammers will be disciplined based on seniority, as such; someone who has
spammed with a new account or screen name will be permanently banned from
the forum by IP
immediately without a chance for appeal.



Members, defined as members who have been an active member of the
forum for one month or more, have been determined to spam (regimented by
the guidelines set here), then the member will have a warning "pip" added
to their account.



Those determined as Spammers, will be IP banned from both the forum, and
the site.

Account Whoring



Members of this forum are allowed to have a total of 1 account.



Members who feel like they are being stalked, harassed, or screwed with
are encouraged to contact a member of the Booblicious Hot Cop's to have that
member’s forum identity revealed. If a request is made, posts in public
threads will have to be referenced to substantiate the claim, PM quotes
will not be accepted, as they can be easily falsified. Requests for
personal information on members (such as real name, home phone number, IP
address, etc.) will not be honored, or considered. If an Booblicious Hot
Cop feels that the accusation is unsubstantiated (such as someone
who is just paranoid), it is the Booblicious Hot Cop's right to deny
that persons ID request. If this decision is unsatisfactory, then that
member may feel free to PM an Administrator about this issue.



Members who are found guilty of account whoring are subject to “Creative
Discipline” as outlined in the Creative Discipline definitions as well as
a Warning "pip" placed on each of their screen names.

Harassment / Flaming



Harassment / Flaming of a member(s) is not to take place outside of the
Warzone. If a member has a problem with another member,
then they should take it to the Warzone, or work it out. Some members may
have what appears to be a "Flaming Sig" be means of this member may say
something derogatory about another member. This is acceptable so long as
the target person is not genuinely upset. If that individual requests for
the member to remove the image and it's not removed, simply contact an
admin to have it removed and disciplinary action may be taken (based off
of case).

Members found guilty of flaming will be subject to creative discipline
and receive a Warning "pip"

Post Whoring



Simple, if a member posts for the sake of posting, and this is determined
by an Admin or Booblicious Hot Cop, then the member will get a Warning "pip"
added.

Banning Defined



If the extreme determination for banning has been made, then the banned
member will be stripped of any title they may posses for the duration of
the Ban time, as well as an avatar change/placement made to reflect the
banning, and the reason for banning.



If a member has multiple accounts at the time of Banning, then that
members other accounts will be banned as well, and subject to the same
title and avatar changes

Creative Discipline Defined



The most common form of punishment will be public humiliation of the
victims choosing. Although it may suck to be the butt of someone’s joke,
the victim has the chance to have the last laugh! Within reason, the
victim can come up with something for the TOS violator to do in return!



There are of course reasonable limits to what this person has to do as a
satisfactory punishment. In other words, they cannot be forced to do
anything in the real world, or outside of the forum. They cannot be forced
into committing anther TOS violation.



So what can they do? Well there is the members title, their avatar, their
privileges (such as PMing) all of which can be modified, they can be an
forum grunt, an open punching bag… the victim comes up with something, and
for a duration of my choosing (not to exceed a week), the TOS violator is
dispensed their sentence. The disciplinary action is subject to a vote
approval of Administration, Booblicious Hot Cop. A
Warning "pip" will not be issued for the violation when creative
discipline is used.

Signature & Signature Pics



Signature pics should not exceed 150 Pixels High by 400 pixels
Wide.  Signature pics cannot be "stacked" past 300 Pixels high total.
In other words, if you have a valid Signature pic, and then add another on
top of it... and then add some text, if it's over 300 pixels high,
it will have to be edited down. Excessive signatures can make life hard on
dial up members, or just be plain annoying for the casual user.

Personal Info



Personal information about a member/guest may not be
shared publicly as there are those under the age of 18 who regularly use
the chat room and forum. What members do off site (as in NOT on
minioninc.com) is of
course, their decision... but in this day, there are too many wackos out
there. If you are a minor & you give out your personal information such as
Name, Address, or Telephone number, and this information is found to be
valid, you will be banned upon a 2/3 majority vote held by Administration,
& Booblicious Hot Cops.



At any given time, minioninc.com, it’s administrator/moderators, reserve the right to
IP track, fingerprint, IP log, IP activity log, ISP track, ISP
fingerprint, ISP log, & ISP activity fingerprint whereas it concerns the
activities of any group, company, or individual who uses
minioninc.com for any purpose. Any/all information gathered
can/will be used as evidence in a court of law should the right
prosecution be taken.

Avatars



No avatar is allowed to have
sound in it. Avatars with questionable content will be removed, and a
warning pip added. For each violation of this nature, the members right to
display an avatar will be removed for a period time. After the 3rd time,
they loose any/all rights to an avatar at all… permanently. Avatars may
not exceed 150X150.

Warzone



The Warzone is the flaming area. If you have a problem with someone and
you find it necessary to let them know it or want to do so publicly... the
Warzone is the place. The Warzone is in spirit unmoderated. You can post whore,
flame, etc. Anything goes, with the exception of Porn.

Admin's Prerogative



It is the intention of the Administration to follow the exact same rules
that everyone else does. I (DrX), do not feel to be more than a Moderator here,
and it's my intent to follow the same rules that apply to everyone here. "What's
good for the goose is good for the gander" and all that. From time to time I may
have to step out of that role, events have taught me that. Example. I may have
to post a questionable item for discussion. I don't foresee giving myself a
warning for having to post such an item. I generally like to get public
consensus when I, or other members question my judgment. Such times I feel are
the Admin's Prerogative to do so. I want to keep things fair, and I will do my
best to do so.

The purpose of Minion Inc. is to give a platform for friends to
chat, to get to make new friends, and have a good time. It is my hope that that
I have provided that environment. Please remember that we are not responsible
for any messages posted. We do not vouch for or warrant the accuracy,
completeness or usefulness of any message, and are not responsible for the
contents of any message. 



The messages express the views of the author of the message, not necessarily the
views of Minion Inc. Any user who feels that a posted message is objectionable
is encouraged to contact us immediately by email. We have the ability to remove
objectionable messages and we will make every effort to do so, within a
reasonable time frame, if we determine that removal is necessary.
